Companies that run a lot on SAP PO usually come to us expecting the move to SAP Integration Suite to be long and expensive, with some integrations breaking along the way and the business feeling it. With the wrong partner, that is often what happens. For 500 integrations moved lift and shift, our fixed price is €193,000 to €261,000. For 1,000 integrations with selective modernization, it is €350,000 to €474,000. Both prices include our accelerators. SAP Integration Suite fees come on top.
About 7 to 9 months for 500 integrations, from kickoff to SAP PO shutdown. The duration depends mostly on your side: how quickly your business users review the test results and sign off. An S/4HANA program running at the same time makes it longer.
At SAP list price, a Standard edition tenant costs €4,635 per month and most landscapes run two tenants. Traffic is billed in blocks of 10,000 messages. The more traffic, the lower the price per block for the whole volume, from €6.08 down to €0.89. Messages processed on Edge Integration Cell count at 50%. Discounts and the commercial model change the final price.
Most of the saving comes from our accelerators. Traffic optimization helps as well: high-volume traffic between your own systems runs on Edge Integration Cell, where SAP bills messages at 50%, and the SAP contract is sized on the traffic we measure.
Mainstream maintenance for SAP NetWeaver 7.5, which includes SAP Process Orchestration, ends on December 31, 2027. Extended maintenance runs to the end of 2030 at an additional fee. It will not be extended beyond 2030, because SAP PO runs on the SAP NetWeaver Java stack underneath.
For 500 integrations delivered by Sygeon, about 1.3 FTE at peak: a contact person who knows your processes, a Basis admin and business users who review the automated test results and sign off each migration phase. None of them needs integration experience.
