SAP has launched a €100 million partner-led adoption program: SAP funds projects in which qualified partners build and deploy AI agents, applications and workflows on SAP Business AI Platform. Not a pilot on a slide. A working solution in your landscape, with SAP covering the partner delivery.
Sygeon is a formally onboarded partner in the SAP Business AI Partner-Led Adoption Incentive.
In June 2026, SAP launched the Business AI Partner-led Adoption incentive, backed by a €100 million commitment. Under the program, SAP funds the delivery of AI projects by qualified partners for approved customers. The scope covers activation of SAP-built AI agents and assistants, custom agents built in Joule Studio, and AI-powered applications and workflows built on SAP Build.
Two things distinguish this from typical vendor programs. First, the deliverable is a production deployment in your SAP BTP environment, with adoption support included, so the outcome is a solution your teams actually use. Second, the funding goes from SAP to the delivering partner, which directly reduces what the project costs you.
Sygeon completed the partner onboarding for the program in July 2026. This means that when SAP approves a customer and prepares a shortlist of eligible delivery partners, Sygeon is in that pool and can deliver funded engagements end to end.
The incentive is a pilot with a defined budget and runs for a limited period. Nominations are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and well-prepared use cases move through the process faster. A 30 minute call is enough to find out whether yours qualifies.
We take you from idea to a deployed, working solution in a funded, fixed-scope engagement:
We review your landscape and processes and identify use cases where an AI agent, application or workflow solves a real business problem.
We can help verify your scenario against the program criteria and suggest your case to SAP. Nominations are formally submitted by SAP and approved at SAP's sole discretion. Once your nomination is approved, SAP presents a shortlist of eligible partners - and you choose who delivers.
A structured workshop to qualify and prioritize use cases, resulting in a project brief, architecture outline and a statement of work with clear deliverables.
We build the solution on SAP Business AI Platform, using Joule Studio for agents and SAP Build for applications and workflows, with approval gates and monitoring designed in. Deployment into your environment follows within the program timeline.
Enablement for your team, a structured adoption plan and technical support after go-live are part of the engagement, not an extra.
We tell customers when a use case does not justify an AI agent. A funded project is still your time and your data, and a solution nobody uses helps no one. Use case selection is where these projects are won.
If SAP approved your company for the incentive and Sygeon appears on your shortlist: we are a boutique SAP consultancy from Poznań holding the SAP Business AI Platform Expert competency, with our own products live on the SAP Store and about twenty years of SAP delivery behind the team. You get architects and senior developers, not account managers.
And if the shortlist doesn’t fit – customers in the program can select their preferred partner at any point, provided the partner is eligible and onboarded. Sygeon meets both conditions. A 30-minute call tells you whether we’re the right fit.
Pick a slot that suits you. Thirty minutes, no obligation, with an architect rather than a salesperson. We will tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
Yes. Sygeon is formally onboarded to the program and eligible to deliver funded engagements. Customer nomination approval and funding decisions rest solely with SAP.
The program is open to existing SAP BTP customers with an active subscription and to companies signing a new agreement for eligible SAP Business AI services during the program period. Additional commercial criteria apply, and each customer is confirmed by SAP individually. The fastest way to find out where you stand is a short call; we verify your situation against the current criteria together with SAP.
An SAP BTP foundation is required; the program is designed to build on it. If you are not on BTP yet, entering the program is possible through a new agreement for eligible services, and we can advise on whether that path makes sense for you.
Funding is paid by SAP directly to the delivering partner in defined packages, depending on the scope of the engagement. We walk you through the packages and what they mean for your project budget during the initial call.
Nominations are submitted by SAP and reviewed at SAP’s sole discretion. Once a customer is approved, SAP presents a shortlist of eligible, onboarded partners and the customer makes the final choice. Customers can also select a preferred partner directly, as long as that partner is onboarded to the program. We suggest and prepare your use case so the review goes smoothly; we cannot and do not promise funding.
The first call costs nothing. If we proceed to a structured analysis, the scope and price are fixed up front.
The program is built for speed: after approval, initial deployment is expected within roughly three months, and well-bounded use cases go considerably faster, which is also how good AI projects are run.
Approval and funding decisions under the SAP Business AI Partner-Led Adoption Incentive rest solely with SAP.
Sygeon’s onboarded status does not constitute an SAP endorsement, and participation does not guarantee funding for any specific engagement.
Transitioning from AI prototypes to enterprise-grade solutions requires both capital and a clear architectural roadmap. The SAP Business AI Partner-led Adoption program eliminates the financial friction of your first major deployment. By leveraging this incentive, organizations can deploy intelligent agents and automated workflows directly onto their existing SAP BTP infrastructure, with SAP covering the partner delivery costs. The objective is not to build another proof-of-concept, but to move rapidly from nomination to a live, governed AI application that delivers immediate, measurable business value.
An AI assistant is only as effective as the business processes it can actually reach. Whether you are orchestrating workflows through SAP Build, deploying custom agents in Joule Studio, or connecting third-party systems via Workato and n8n, reliable data access is the prerequisite for artificial intelligence. We ensure your foundational architecture – from API management to event streams – securely supports these new capabilities. By designing robust governance and implementing dedicated monitoring tools like Amphi from day one, we guarantee that your SAP-funded AI agents operate predictably, transparently, and safely within your enterprise landscape.
