Conference Zintegrowany Biznes – Summary

Share

On September 25, 2025, the Zintegrowany Biznes conference, which we organized together with NESC and Cloudity, took place at the CIC space in Warsaw. The event brought together experts and practitioners who shared their experiences in automation, systems integration, and business process optimization.

How did it start?

We often meet with NESC and Cloudity during various integration projects, conferences, and industry meetings. Although our companies operate in a similar technological space, each has its unique specialization and approach to solving business problems. However, instead of seeing each other as competitors, we recognized something much more valuable – shared values and a similar vision for the future of the industry. From these common values, an idea was born: let’s create an event that shows integration is not just about technology.

Speakers and their presentations

Przemek Lasek from Cloudity showed how Salesforce technology supports a customer-centric strategy in practice. The presentation proved that integrating customer data and AI solutions can genuinely support sales growth without sacrificing margin – which is the biggest challenge for sales departments today.

Radosław Ruciński from Sygeon guided participants through the practical aspects of integrating SAP and Salesforce systems using the SAP Integration Suite. The demonstration of automating integration processes showed how implementation times can be significantly shortened and data quality improved, as well as where AI genuinely supports building integrations between systems.

Kamil Stasiak from NESC addressed a painful problem for many organizations: sales promises fast deliveries, production is unaware of upcoming promotions, and the result is delays and lost sales opportunities. He talked about how SAP IBP offers a solution – a single, coherent plan based on shared data, allowing for a faster response to market changes.

Piotr Zając from UiPath presented how AI and intelligent agents are revolutionizing business planning. Participants learned how automation and artificial intelligence can provide a competitive advantage in a dynamic environment.

Julia Żelazny from SAP, along with Kamil Stasiak, raised a key issue: data access alone is not enough. When each department has its own goals and information sources, the organization gets bogged down in internal arrangements instead of acting quickly and coherently. The solution is to integrate not only systems but, above all, people and processes into a single planning environment.

Daniel Graversen from Figaf shared practical strategies for automating deployment processes. His presentation showed how the DevOps approach allows teams to focus on creating valuable integrations instead of wasting time on administrative tasks.

Jarosław Dąbrowski along with Karol Adamczyk from Reflex presented a case study showing the dark side of integration. Their question was: “Does the stick always have two ends?” Using the example of a real Reflex WMS implementation, they showed how patterns of “silent sabotage” create a chaos of interfaces and exceptions – and how to effectively organize it.

Discussion panel

A particularly valuable moment of the conference was the discussion panel, where technology leaders from the FMCG and retail industries shared their perspectives on the future of integrated IT systems. The discussion covered experiences with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and SAP BTP. The panelists openly discussed both the challenges they face in their organizations and the successes they have achieved through proper systems integration.

The Zintegrowany Biznes conference proved that true digital transformation is not just about integrating systems, but above all, about integrating people, teams, processes, and data. In today’s dynamic times, when market changes happen in a flash and the pressure for fast deliveries and cost optimization grows daily, organizations need more than just modern tools.

We thank all the speakers for sharing their knowledge and practical experiences, as well as all the participants for their active involvement and inspiring exchange of perspectives. It is thanks to such meetings that we can build the future of integrated business together!

See you at the next editions!
